Sanjay Sharma brings over three decades of diverse industry experience, having successfully led large, multi-disciplinary teams across complex business environments. As the Group CEO of BCL, he provides strategic leadership and vision across all verticals, including Security, Staffing, Facility Management, and Verification Solutions, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
A transformational leader, Sanjay has consistently demonstrated success in P&L management, business expansion, and strategic partnerships, aligning organizational goals with market opportunities. His strong foundation in business development and sales strategy has been instrumental in strengthening BCL Group’s market leadership and client trust across India.
Prior to joining BCL, Sanjay held leadership positions at reputed organizations such as G4S, Max Life Insurance, Orion Secure, and Sterling Holidays, where he was recognized for his ability to build performance-driven cultures and deliver long-term value.
An advocate of innovation and continuous learning, Sanjay believes in leading with purpose and positivity. His professional philosophy revolves around the mantra:

Chief Financial Officer – BCL Group
Seema Gupta
Seema Gupta, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, brings over two decades of financial management experience and has been a pivotal part of the BCL Group’s growth journey for more than 12 years. As the Group CFO, she oversees financial strategy, governance, and compliance across all group entities, including Parishram Global, ensuring operational efficiency and fiscal discipline.
Under her leadership, BCL has achieved significant improvements in financial performance, automation of processes, and ERP implementation, enhancing transparency and decision-making efficiency across business units. She has played a critical role in building a scalable financial framework to support the group’s rapid expansion across India.
Before joining BCL, Seema held key positions at Simplex Infrastructures Limited, Ernst & Young, and Titagarh Wagon Limited, gaining diverse exposure in auditing, infrastructure, and corporate finance.

Pinki Bansal
Ms. Pinki Bansal leads Parishram Global, the HR and IT Staffing arm of BCL Group, bringing with her, more than 3 decades of experience in Staffing, Human resources, consulting, and global workforce management. She has been instrumental in expanding Parishram’s reach across both domestic and international markets, positioning the company as a trusted partner for workforce and HR solutions.
Her strategic leadership focuses on end-to-end staffing, HR outsourcing, and recruitment solutions, ensuring clients benefit from high-quality, technology-integrated, and compliant services. Pinki’s expertise lies in building people-first systems that bridge traditional and modern workforce models while driving client success through operational excellence.
Before joining Parishram Global, she was associated with leading organizations including IIT Kanpur, Usha Group, Asian Group, Thapars Group, Alston Technologies, Apeiron Management, Calance Software (Innabrum), and Xtranet, where she held senior leadership roles in HR and staff augmentation.
Holding dual Master’s degrees in Management and Economics, she exemplifies professionalism, discipline, and results-driven leadership—qualities that continue to define Parishram’s growth trajectory under her guidance.

Fernando Leibowich-Beker is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology innovator with over 20 years of leadership experience in AI, software, and digital transformation across Latin America. As Strategic Partner for Parishram LATAM, he spearheads the organization’s strategic growth initiatives in the Mexico and onshore markets, driving technology-led staffing and workforce solutions in partnership with global clients.
Fernando is the Founder & Co-CEO of Lidd AI, a leading AI-driven decision intelligence company recognized as Grafana LATAM Partner of the Year and an HFS Hot Tech Vendor. Before Lidd, he founded and successfully exited Beecker, the largest RPA company in LATAM with over 300 employees and multiple international awards. His visionary approach integrates deep business acumen with cutting-edge technology to enable scalable and impactful enterprise transformation.
He also founded IPIA, the first accredited AI university in Latin America, and serves as a Board Member at YPO, where he contributes to thought leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Marcelo’s leadership blends a deep understanding of business needs with data-driven hiring metrics, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and candidate experience. He plays a key role in driving Parishram LATAM’s mission of providing world-class staffing solutions powered by strong local expertise and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Parishram LATAM, Marcelo was a Partner at LID Consulting, where he managed technology projects and staffing mandates for leading enterprises, contributing to scalable talent solutions across the LATAM region.
